Every product on this site is an instant digital download. Because you get immediate access to the files the moment your payment clears, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving the product immediately and are giving up any right to cancel or be refunded.

Problems with your file

This is not a way to dodge real problems. If your download is missing, will not open, or is corrupted, email hello@garydawsonbook.com from the address you bought with and we will get you a working copy right away. That is a fix, not a refund.
